Your dentist examines your mouth and takes a CBCT 3D scan to assess bone density and plan the precise implant position. No traditional impression-taking — we use digital scanning.
The titanium implant is placed into the jawbone under local anaesthesia. The procedure typically takes 30–60 minutes per implant. Most patients report minimal discomfort.
Over 3–5 months, the implant integrates with the jawbone (osseointegration). During this time, a temporary solution keeps your smile intact. Follow-up visits at our Clementi clinic monitor progress.
Once fully healed, a permanent PFM crown is fitted onto the implant. The result looks and functions like a natural tooth. Your dentist will review bite alignment and fit.

Medisave covers up to $1,950 per dental implant. For an Osstem or Dentium implant ($2,449 total), your out-of-pocket cost is just $499 before GST.
Under CPF rules, you can use the Medisave account of your spouse, children, parents, grandparents, or siblings. Many Clementi residents use a family member's account to fund their implant treatment.
Trust Dental submits your Medisave claim directly to CPF. You do not need to visit a CPF branch or fill in separate forms. We take care of everything at the clinic.
We accept cash, credit card, NETS, and Medisave. For multiple implants, payment can be spread across visits as treatment progresses over several months.
