If you are missing most or all of your teeth in one jaw, All-on-4 dental implants in Singapore give you a full arch of fixed teeth on just four implants. The first question most patients ask is what it will cost. This guide sets out Trust Dental Surgery’s own All-on-4 and All-on-6 pricing, what the package includes, what can add to the bill, and how Medisave and payment plans work.

Quick Answer

At Trust Dental Surgery, All-on-4 costs from $18,800 per arch after Medisave and All-on-6 costs from $22,000 per arch after Medisave, before 9% GST. Medisave can be used to pay part of the total surgery cost. The package covers consultation, CBCT scan, implant surgery, temporary teeth during healing, follow-ups and the final custom bridge. Each arch is priced separately, and we customise a payment plan with you during a financial consultation.

How Much Does All-on-4 Cost in Singapore?

All-on-4 at Trust Dental Surgery starts from $18,800 per arch after Medisave. All-on-6, which uses six implants for extra support, starts from $22,000 per arch after Medisave. Prices are before GST (9%) and are per arch, meaning one jaw.

What’s Included in the Price?

Our All-on-4 and All-on-6 packages cover the whole treatment from planning to the final teeth:

What Can Add to the Cost?

Some patients need extra procedures before or during surgery. These are quoted separately and discussed with you before treatment starts:

Can I Use Medisave for All-on-4?

Yes. The surgical part of All-on-4 is Medisave claimable, so you can use Medisave to pay part of the total surgery cost. Medisave does not cover the whole treatment; the balance is paid in cash or through a payment plan. If your own balance is not enough, immediate family members (spouse, children, parents or grandparents) can contribute from their Medisave accounts. We handle the Medisave paperwork for you. For the details, see how Medisave claims for implants work.

CHAS does not subsidise All-on-4 or other implant treatment. CHAS dental subsidies apply to specified basic treatments such as consultations, X-rays, fillings and extractions.

Payment Plans

All-on-4 is a significant investment, so we do not ask you to work out the numbers alone. During your consultation, we go through a financial consultation with you and customise a payment plan that suits your situation, after Medisave has been applied.

All-on-4 vs All-on-6: Which Costs More, and Why?

All-on-6 costs more because it uses two more implants and takes more surgical time. The extra implants spread the biting load across more points. Your dentist will recommend one or the other based on your CBCT scan, bone density and bite.

Full Mouth: Upper and Lower Arches

Each arch is priced separately, so replacing both upper and lower teeth means two arches. Some patients have All-on-4 in the lower jaw and All-on-6 in the upper jaw, and your written quote will reflect your own plan. For an overview of every full mouth option, including removable choices, see full mouth dental implants.

Is All-on-4 Cheaper Than Individual Implants?

For a whole arch, usually yes. Replacing every tooth individually needs more implants, more crowns or implant bridges, more surgery and often bone grafting, so the total is typically considerably higher. A single implant at Trust Dental Surgery is $2,449 with crown ($499 cash after Medisave), which makes sense for one or a few missing teeth; see our dental implant cost guide. For a side-by-side comparison of cost, surgery and healing, read All-on-4 vs individual implants.

If a fixed bridge is beyond your budget, implant-supported overdentures are a removable alternative that clips onto 2 to 4 implants, from $4,670 per arch ($1,600 cash after Medisave). You can also compare implants, bridges and dentures.

What to Expect During Treatment

  1. Consultation and CBCT scan: your dentist assesses your bone, discusses your goals and gives you a written quote and payment plan.
  2. Planning: a digital surgical guide is made from your scan, and your temporary teeth are prepared in advance.
  3. Surgery day: any failing teeth are removed and the implants are placed under local anaesthetic, which takes about 2 to 3 hours per arch. You then wear temporary teeth.
  4. Healing (3 to 6 months): the implants fuse with your jawbone. Follow-up visits are included.
  5. Final bridge: a 3D intraoral scan captures the implant positions, and your custom bridge is made and fitted.

Is All-on-4 Worth the Cost?

All-on-4 gives you fixed teeth that do not move when you eat or speak, with no denture adhesive and no plate covering the roof of your mouth. The titanium implants are designed for long-term use, while the bridge on top wears with daily chewing and may eventually need refurbishment. Whether it is worth it depends on your health, bone, budget and how much a fixed result matters to you. If you are missing teeth and weighing your options, a consultation with a CBCT scan gives you a firm quote to decide with.
